How users consent to receive SMS notifications from ATMA
User Opt-In Process
Users log in to their account at atmatrader.com. In the 'Settings' section, they can enable the 'Receive SMS notifications' option. Once enabled, they will receive SMS messages related to their account. This feature is not enabled by default.
Additionally, users may enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. When 2FA is enabled, users will receive a one-time verification code via SMS each time they log in to verify their identity.

SMS Notification Types
Users can opt-in to receive the following types of SMS notifications:
- ✓ SMS Notifications: Critical alerts and account-related messages
- ✓ Trade SMS Notifications: Notifications for trades, deposits, and withdrawals
- ✓ SMS Daily Predictor: Daily SPY volatility forecasts via SMS
- ✓ Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): One-time verification codes for secure account login
Opt-Out Process
Users can opt-out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- 1. Logging in to their account at atmatrader.com
- 2. Navigating to the Settings page
- 3. Toggling off any SMS notification options they no longer wish to receive
- 4. Alternatively, replying STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user preferences and account activity. Users who enable all SMS notifications may receive:
- • Daily Predictor: Up to 1 message per trading day (Monday-Friday)
- • Trade Notifications: Messages sent when trades are executed, deposits made, or withdrawals processed
- • Critical Alerts: Occasional messages for important account updates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on user settings and trading activity.
